Is my Playground Pet machine washable?  

We recommend spot treating when possible.  Otherwise, simply toss in the wash on the gentle or hand wash cycle.  DO NOT dry.  Lay flat to dry.  The more gentle you are, the longer your cuddly buddy will last.

Are Playground Pets made for big kids or little kids? 

Playground Pets are intended for children 3 and up!  Their approximate measurements are 12.5" H x 8.5" W.  The smaller the child, the bigger they are.  The bigger the child, the smaller they are.  It's all about proportion.  

How can I use my Playground Pet?

Let your imagination run wild!  You can use your Playground Pet as a backpack.  Playground Pets can hold a few of your favorite things, including a snack and drink.  You can unzip and unfold your cuddly buddy to use on grass, benches, bleachers, slides, swings, curbs, airplane seats, picnic tables, or anytime you need a seat.  Forgot your changing pad?  You're in luck, just open your Playground Pet!

Will my Playground Pet protect against hot surfaces?  

We recommend using extreme caution near any hot surfaces.  Playground Pets are not designed to protect against hot surfaces.  Please use common sense on swings, slides, bleachers, benches, and other surfaces are burning hot.  

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your Playground Pet!  If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to start the return, no questions asked.  Email us at hello@myplaygroundpets.com with your name, address, and order number for more information. Reimbursement will be made to original form of payment.  We do not refund shipping costs or cover the shipping cost for the return.  

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled BEFORE the order ships.  Email us at hello@myplaygroundpets.com as soon as possible.  Please type CANCEL ORDER in the subject line.  Please include your name and order number.  If payment has processed, the original form of payment will be credited.  

When will my order ship?

In most cases, orders ship within 24 hours.  However, during holidays, sales or promotions, orders may be delayed.  We will do our very best to ship as quickly as we can.  We know how excited you are, and we are equally excited for your package to arrive!

Do you ship internationally? 

We currently do not ship internationally.  Please be sure to sign-up for more information so that you can be the first to know when we do ship internationally. 

How do I register my product?   

When your Playground Pet arrives remove tag and plastic piece.  Save the  product tag as it contains important information in the event of a product recall.
